Bay Area Development and Training on the Client Anti-Discrimination Message The Bay Area Region will continue its Discrimination and Stigma Message project and complete a report on the focus groups that have been held and a position paper conveying the client's antidiscrimination messages. The project will conduct a minimum of three presentations on the report and position paper locally, statewide and nationally. These presentations will target clients, family members, service providers and law-enforcement providers.
