COEC (California Outreach and Education Collaborative)

The California Outreach and Education Collaborative assists counties in performing outreach and inclusion for those population groups identified as underserved or unrepresented. The COEC is comprised of four statewide advocacy organizations, including California Network of Mental Health Clients; the Mental Health Association in California; the National Alliance on Mental Illness; and United Advocates for Children in California.
